Delete your 2 Minds account
2 Minds works without an account. If you made one, you can delete it in the app or by email, whenever you like.
Before you delete
If you subscribe to 2 Minds Premium, cancel it with your app store first. Deleting your account does not cancel it, because Premium belongs to your store account. How to cancel
Delete it in the app
- Open 2 Minds and tap the Profile button at the top of Home.
- Tap your account, where your name and email address are shown.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete.
- If asked, confirm with Apple or Google.
Your account and the record kept with it are deleted from our servers straight away. You will need an internet connection.
Or ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, email support@2minds.app with the subject Delete my account.
Send it from the email address on your 2 Minds account, which is the address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, or tell us that address. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, include the relay address; you can find it under Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings.
We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We will delete your account and its record within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in details: your name, email address and account identifier, and for Google accounts, the link to your profile picture.
- The record kept with your account: each puzzle you finished, the sides you took, whether you changed your mind, the temperament scores and when you answered.
What is not deleted
- Answers on your devices. They work without an account, so deleting the account leaves them where they are. Uninstall 2 Minds from a device to remove them from it.
- Your subscription and purchase records. Premium is not cancelled; see above. Records of your purchases are kept by the store and by RevenueCat, the service that confirms subscriptions for us, because they are not linked to your 2 Minds account. To have RevenueCat’s copy deleted as well, email us your store receipt or order number.
- Usage analytics. Google Analytics data is not linked to your account. Its detailed event data is deleted automatically within 14 months.
- Emails you send us, which we keep only as long as we need them to handle your request.
Never signed in?
Then there is no account to delete. Everything you have done in 2 Minds is on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it.
